Samuel Fishman is a founding and lead partner at Chermol & Fishman, LLC. He represents Social Security Disability (SSD) and Supplemental Security Income (SSI) claimants across the United States at the administrative level and in federal court. He also represents personal injury and workers’ compensation claimants.

Mr. Fishman graduated Cum Laude from Brandeis University and received his Juris Doctorate from Temple University School of Law. He has won tens of millions of dollars for his clients serving as a Philadelphia trial lawyer and always demonstrates preparation to fight for the rights of individuals with disabilities and injuries.

Mr. Fishman has developed a multi-lingual staff to streamline communication for the firm and all its clients. This has worked to hundreds of clients’ benefit, providing them access to the services they need in order to file successful claims. 

Mr. Fishman was certified by the Bar Association to serve clients residing in PA and NJ. He is a member of the Professional Association for Trial Lawyers.
